Leaving your home unattended while you're away can be costly. Worrying about your home can be unnerving. We offer a full lock up and monitoring service. When it's time to head back home, we will come in and make sure your home is locked up properly. We will monitor your home bi weekly. We check for any signs of water damage due to storms. We make sure your hurricane shutters are up prior to a storm. We make sure there is no visible sign of imminent danger to your home while you are away. We treat toilets, drains, condensate lines, turn off water, turn off all electricity that is not being used, check ceilings for leaks and the list goes on.
When it's time for you to return for the season, we will open your home for you. Drain the water heater. Turn the power back on and make your transition back to Florida easy and trouble free.
